Strategy
In particular, we help our clients with targeting, in terms of finding sectors and types of companies where their marketing and broader go to market efforts will be most efficient and effective.
CRM
Building and maintaining an up to date CRM is a prosaic but essential part of creating a predictable and scalable customer acquisition capability. We can help create the right structure within a CRM system, and ensure that all interactions with potential and existing customers are tracked within it. We have particular experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot & Zoho, but enjoy the challenge of getting to grips with new platforms!
Content
As well as driving brand and demand outcomes on its own, content acts as the foundation and multiplier for other marketing and sales activities. We're focused on creating authentic, useful and entertaining content in formats that people enjoy, and putting it in places where it’s easy to find. From a channels perspective, we generally focus on LinkedIn and website, with content on LinkedIn aimed at traffic acquisition, and website content weighted more towards traffic conversion.
We’re big advocates of "content co-creation", which combines content and outbound. It involves inviting potential and existing customers to create content together with you - this is a highly effective way to generate both demand and targeted brand awareness within specific accounts and market segments.
Outbound enablement
Outbound is almost always a helpful component within the go-to-market mix for companies selling high-value, complex propositions to businesses. We work alongside our clients’ business development / sales team or agency, enabling their effectiveness through outbound strategy, targeting, research and messaging support.
Events
In-person events are an effective way to make a splash from a brand awareness perspective, and often drive shorter-term demand outcomes too. We create compelling and fun events that people want to attend and return to in future. We support our clients’ events end-to-end, including concept creation, venue selection and management, supporting with the pre- and post-event promotion and communications.
Paid digital
Digital advertising can be a way to spend and potentially waste a lot of money quickly. For companies with large deal values, we generally suggest building solid organic content foundations before moving into paid distribution. Some level of paid digital spend can be helpful, both as a way to generate brand and demand outcomes on its own, plus as a way to test targeting and messaging rapidly and at scale. We have a particular focus on LinkedIn Ads, but can also help with paid search and PPC.
Sales enablement
Generating demand is a crucial part of developing a growth capability, but it’s equally important that businesses have a sales process that maximises conversion into new customers. Drawing from our exposure to lots of B2B sales processes, we can help you and your team identify areas for improvement and take actions to ensure that demand turns into revenue.
